Nakayama House has almost all amenities for your comfortable stay. Free Wi-fi in the whole house wide, Self-Check-In system, Free Parking in front of the house(space for a small/middle class car though) and other essencials.
However we haven’t complete the rennovation project and so the parts of the House is not in use yet, The house has enough space for up to 5 people now. We will update our project in the blog/the website soon.
Caution: If you are looking for a really quiet space, this house might not suitable for you, since the location is adjacent to the railway so you will feel some noise and vibration sometimes.
To truly experience Nakayama House, guests are encouraged to use the facilities below including sitting rooms to enjoy the ambiance, the conversation with your family/friends or to simply relax.
Living Room
A Living room of open ceiling ensures you feel relaxed and comfortable.
A TV monitor
42inches TV monitor connected to the amazon firestick to enjoy your favorite contents on Youtube etc.
Open ceiling
About 5m height of the open ceiling is connected to the inside window of the modern bedroom in 2F.
A Gas Heater
Heat the Living room when it’s extreme cold in winter.
Dining Room
Connected to the kitchen & the living room, it’s the center of the house.
Antique Dining Table&Chairs
The table and Chairs are made in Japan, Maruni company, the high-end woodcraft brand.
Air Conditioning
Adjust the room temperature wholerange of Living&Dining space. The air purifier is portable.

great as you can communicate easily with people in the living & kitchen.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen includes a Rice cooker, a Dish washer, a Refrigerator, a Microwave, Pots and pans, the Variety of tableware(dishes and cutlery, bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc), Gas stove, a Hot water kettle, Coffee maker.
Nespresso Vertuo
Famous brand Nespresso coffee machine.

Both Japanese and Western style tableware is free to use.

Traditional Japanese Style Bedroom
An Authentic Japanese style room with Tokonoma (alcove)and Tatami(mat), sleeps up to 2 people.
Japanese-style alcove
The picture “Red Fuji” in the alcove is the Mt. Fuji appears red because of the sun’s rays especially in the early morning.
Japanese style bedding
Easily to arrange the bedding sets up for 2 people installed in the closet.
Antique Low table and chest
Enjoy your meal/tea time in this traditional Japanese atmosphere.
Modern Style Bedroom
A Large spacious newly renovaded room that sleeps up to 3 people comfortably. An air conditioning is equipped in the bedroom to adjust the room temperature.
Inside Window
Connected to the open ceiling in the Living room so be careful if you have small children.
Kamakura-style carving
The 2 small antique tables aside of beds is the traditional handcraft made in Kamakura.
Spacious Walk-in-Closet
Enable to install the large suitcases.
2 single beds
2 single bed, the partition in the middle of the room enables the room divided 2 private space.
1 semi double bed
A Working Space
A Working desk and 2 chairs are set in this bedroom. the extra lines and mattress dryer is in the closet.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom has a tub& shower with temperature adjustment and jet system. 2 restrooms(toilets) are in each floor.
Washer and Dryer
There is a changing space with sink in washing room. A Washer & Dryer is free to use. Towels, Hair Dryer, and the soaps are in the closet.
1F Bathroom/Toilet
Separated toilet is located next to the main bathroom. The washlet is equipped.
2F Bathroom/Toilet
Another toilet is in the 2nd floor next to the modern bedroom. The washlet is equipped.
Other Area
Some places are under construction now, but we renovated the rooms and spaces mostly you see in the house.
The Entrance Door
The glasses used in the entrance door can only be seen from from inside the house for your safety.
The Entrance Hall
The entrance hall has a high ceiling so you can feel an elegant atmosphere.
The stairway to the 2nd floor
the Modern Style Bedroom is in the upstairs.
Other Amenities
- a small working space in bedroom.
- A Humidifier & an Air purifier machines are in each floor for your comfortable stay.
- There are many handrails in each places for your convienience.
For your Safety
- A fire extinguisher is in each floor.
- A fire alarm is equipped in every single room and all connected to the main unit.
- An emergency exit light is in the entrance door.
